"Active" Recruiting

Source One services clients of all sizes, including most of the area's Fortune 500 organizations, many middle market companies and numerous startup companies.

Source One "actively" recruits for these companies. "Actively" means that we do more than many of our competitors who merely search the internet for resumes. We have databases of contact information for candidates who are not necessarily seeking new employment. This database includes candidates from a variety of industries who possess a variety of skillsets. We search these databases for candidates who possess the qualifications our clients desire and then actively recruit those candidates. We will not recruit candidates from our exisiting clients.

Candidate Assessment

Here is a brief review of the screening process that Source One currently utilizes for matching a candidate with an open position.

Screening by a Source One Resource Manager
Initially, the candidate meets with a Source One Recruiter who conducts a screening to ensure that the individual has the required background, interpersonal skills, and communication skills.

Technical Interview
The technical assessment of our candidates is performed in conjunction with our "screening" process, because all of our financial recruiters have educational backgrounds as well as experience in the accounting/ finance disciplines.

Background Checks
We check references regarding the potential employee's citizenship status, educational background and employment experience. Drug & alcohol screening and criminal background checks can be performed upon request at an additional fee.

Management Interview
This interview ensures that the client is presented with the most highly skilled, highly competent candidate - one who has been screened for technical capabilities as well as for their professionalism.
